The “Sew What” Camp

is an amazing summer program that offers a glimpse into the real world of fashion, this innovative camp is also home of the studio/boutique EVarize Fashion Cafe where owner Erica Varize shares her passion with young aspiring designers entering 4th - 12th grade. At "Sew What" students are introduced to basic hand and machine sewing skills. This camp gives young designers in the community a chance to start living a dream and motivating their futures.

We will explore the green movement in fashion by reconstructing clothing as well as product development, portfolio building, pattern making and fashion design techniques. We will have weekly field trips and guest speakers. After two weeks the camp designers will present their works to the community, family and friends at a runway fashion show and party. Camp is held M-F, 10am-3pm. Please bring a lunch, snack is provided. EVarize "Sew What" Sewing Camp 2700 Sanpablo ave. Berkeley, CA 94702 510.845.0376
